Driver's Connection is a 3rd party recruiting agency that presently has contracts with over 50 trucking companies. Our carriers vary from large to small and OTR to local. Our biggest company has 2000 trucks and our smallest has 5. We plan to add as many companies as possible in the future, growing to fit the needs of our drivers. We advertise both nationwide in trucking magazines and locally in newspapers.
The owner of Driver's Connection has 12 years experience in the trucking industry. He was previously the Director of Recruiting at 3 major trucking firms, and has many contacts throughout the industry.
We are presently seeking to expand our company by adding Part Time and Full Time Field Recruiters throughout the country. Our field recruiters will be individuals who are looking for a part time job, who will maintain our advertising in a few truck stops and recruit drivers in these truck stops.
We expect our Recruiters to recruit drivers solely
