L&R Logistics, Inc. is based in Arlington, Texas and currently employs over 500 associates that are skilled in all areas of logistical services. Along with his wife, Indalecio Esquivel founded L&R Logistics in 1985. Indalecio started his career in the logistics industry working for Central Freight Lines loading trailers in Dallas, Texas. He saw a definite need around the DFW area for a full time loading service that provides excellent customer service and a consistent quality work force. After founding the company L&R began working for Kelly Springfield distribution, and the company grew from there.
After working in the industry for over 17 years, L&R has provided services to a number of companies throughout the United States.
