Purpose
So much depends on trucking. Most of America’s products are delivered by trucks and Arkansas is the heart of America’s trucking industry. More than 80,000 people in Arkansas are employed by trucking and distribution companies; that’s more than 1 in 11 people in the private sector work force.
The Arkansas Trucking Association is owned by trucking companies and private carrier fleets (as well as important suppliers to the industry) from one-truck operations to some of the nation’s largest. They understand that we are working together to build a pro-business, pro-trucking climate in which to operate.
